EmitGo may be used only for lawful, consent-based business communication. Unsolicited spam, phishing, fraud, malware, deceptive messaging and illegal campaigns are prohibited.

Recipient lists are sensitive. Access control, encrypted transport, tenant isolation and controlled retention are required for production processing.
